Kendall's Story Chapter 1: Welcome to Abby Lee's
---January 20, 2016---
Since "Dance Moms" began back in 2011, it became one of the most divisive reality TV shows currently airing. However, it did have significant staying power, and in 2016 was on it's sixth season. Jackson Cole, however, was certainly not happy about it. He hated the show with a passion. He was especially upset about the cutthroat nature of the show as it pertained to the contestants, who were all tween-age girls. He was worried that the pressure of the competition would get to them eventually, leading to possible trauma in their adult lives. He had openly expressed his distaste for the series on numerous occasions, and was not afraid to speak his mind about any aspect of it. So he was quite surprised when he got an email from Lifetime, the creators of the series.
Lifetime had emailed him a job offer at Abby Lee Dance Company. They had a new position open as an intern, and the offered salary was phenomenally high for such a low-ranking position. Despite no
Kendall's Story Chapter 2: Setting the Stage

When Jackson regained consciousness, he was completely naked in an all-white room. When he noticed a monitor on the screen with Abby Lee Miller and her two bodyguards intently watching him, he desperately tried to cover up his exposed privates.
"W-W-Where am I? Why did I have to be naked for this? Aren't I just an intern?"
With that last sentence, Abby Lee began to giggle so much that the bodyguards had to stop her. Jackson's concern for the woman's mental health, along with his current situation, was rapidly growing by the minute.
"I almost forgot the email I sent you said you'd be an 'intern'!" She went into another brief fit of laughter before recollecting herself and continuing the conversation. "That couldn't have been further from the truth darling. You see...we're in need of some new dancers. Some tween girls that can keep drawing in a crowd. But we've not had much interest unfortunately...I guess some people just can't handle being famous! Maybe
Horsey BetMary groaned as the Kentucky Golden thundered past the finish line, three places ahead of her horse, State Ticket. The brunette combed a hand through her curly hair with a loud sigh, turning to Harriet and finding an eager grin on her friend's face.
Mary owed her money, and though it wasn't an excessive amount it was enough for a drastic double-or-nothing. Of course, as with most of such things, it didn't end in her favor, and now Mary was looking at an oncoming TransFun serum. A horse serum, specifically.
“Well, one way or another you're clearing your debt.” Harriet, the daughter of the track's owner, winked with a chuckle in her throat and a smile on her lips. She'd booked an empty stadium for the next few hours, ensuring she and her friends would be able to ride off Mary's debts.
“Yeah, yeah.” Mary groaned. “I'd have rather paid it off without working, though...” She sighed and crossed her arms, tapping her foot idly. “So, when are we going
My New DollToy stores were once magical places to me. Everything was bigger, brighter, and the best it could possibly be. There were trucks that could turn into robots, dinosaurs that roared with electronic voice boxes, and stuffed animals that you could cuddle, just not around my friends. And then there came a time in my life when toy stores were sad. The fluorescent bulbs were too harsh and bright. The shelves had chips in their paint. The store clerks were all bored or weird. And everything was just smaller now.
But that all changed when I found out that I was going to be an uncle. That little big discovery brought back that missing spark back into toy stores again. It made me feel like a kid again as I roamed the aisles for toys for my niece. I thought about what she might do and how she might like each and every toy in there, even though it might be years before she could even play with some of these toys.
I wandered down to the stuffed animal aisle, the aisle that peer pressure had once for

But there was one person here who she dreaded encountering and that person was watching her with interest in their eyes from afar. Stealthily they watched her and made their way quietly to where Jasmine was

“You are late,” an annoyed Diane complained at the very instant Andrea stepped in front of the train station entrance.
“Dia…ne?” she asked leaving her mouth slightly open.
“Astonishing, isn’t it?” she said with a presumptuous smile fixing a strand of her long dark copper hair behind her ear as she approached.
“A… a…” Andrea couldn’t reply. Then she just gulped and nodded vigorously making Daine laugh.
“Come one,” she fixed her glasses, “You aren’t that bad too, though I did expect that shyly commonness aura all around you.”
“Hey!” Andrea frowned finally reacting, “What did you…?!”
“Shss.” Diane put a finger over her friend’s lips to quiet her, making Andrea blush like a tomato. “Now close your eyes, breathe deeply and relax.”
Andrea was annoyed, but did as her friend told her. She closed her eyes, breathed deeply and cal
